At Madison, professional investigative services are at the heart of what we do. Backed by more than 40 years of hands-on military police, law enforcement, investigative, and public safety experience, Madison Investigative Services provides thorough, professional investigations grounded in integrity, precision, and results.
That experience shapes how we approach every case: methodical, discreet, and thorough, whether assisting a family in crisis, a business facing a workplace complaint, or an attorney building a case. Our role is not to validate assumptions, but to determine what the available facts and evidence can actually establish. Over the years, Madison has completed hundreds of investigations involving complex and sensitive matters, with investigative findings presented and defended through courtroom testimony and state registry hearings. That same depth of investigative experience extends to major and high-profile cases, including cold-case work by our founder, Don DiStefano, whose investigative expertise has been featured in true-crime docuseries produced by Netflix and HBO, as well as in a major feature film from Sony Pictures.
